By downloading, accessing, or using the BonApp mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

• Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the App and its content (excluding User Content) are owned by us or our licensors.

License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

• Disclaimers: The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
